总览
西约特兰·徐·诗菲（Syvotlan X Stfeel），男，陆军上校，徐意志联邦共和国国家安全局组织行动部成员，天竺葵小队指挥官。
设定
西约特兰的头发是黑色的，眼睛也是黑色的。他戴着眼镜，显得文质彬彬，但是性格却意外执着固执。西约特兰经常戴着一顶鸭舌帽，但是从来没有戴正过，而他的头发也永远乱蓬蓬的。
西约特兰老家在分析化学市，他的父母居住在那里。但是他在化学市西部郊区离城里不算很远的地方也有一座不算大的房子，这是他工作多年后贷款买下来的，主要是因为这里的地价比较低，他能承担得起，而去城里也还算方便。
喜欢吃牛排，但是因为工资并不高，所以只能一个月吃一两次。
一位优秀的小提琴手，同时也很会吹口琴。这些都是他中学和大学时学会的，因为他的初中班主任的业余爱好就是拉小提琴；而西约特兰在大学时为了追一位女同学而学会了口琴，虽然最后并没有追到以至于一直是单身。
大学毕业于德·克鲁兹军事学院，受过严格的军事训练，但因为生来便患有原发性心脏病，所以身体并不算好。
善于射击，狙击技术一流。
经历
魏启历1978年2月27日，出生于分析化学市郊的阿黛尔镇。
魏启历1992年11月，加入学生抵抗联盟运动。
魏启历1996年5月，参加临时联邦军队，参与数次战役。
魏启历1998年8月，被临时联邦政府选中并派遣赴胡意志帝国物理市学习军事指挥。
魏启历1999年4月，革命胜利，帝国被推翻，受科特瓦尔·徐·次的认可，西约特兰仍然留在胡意志帝国继续学习。
魏启历2002年6月30日，从德·克鲁兹军事学院毕业，回国。次月被调至国防部任文职工作，军衔为上尉。
魏启历2003年2月，调至芴莣港任管理工作。
魏启历2004年2月，升职至少校。
魏启历2007年8月，升职至中校，任某驱逐舰副舰长。
魏启历2008年1月，调回化学市，改任国家安全局组织行动部副部长，军种改回陆军。
魏启历2008年3月初，调往东北与铁桶帝国的边境的一处驻军基地。17日，被任命为天竺葵小队指挥官，第一次结识担任队长的沃兰和队员可兰、洛兰、伯兰与西兰。
魏启历2010年2月，升职至上校。
魏启历2014年9月█日，指派天竺葵小队救援在九月行动中遇袭的PUPW行动组。
魏启历2019年5月█日，指挥天竺葵小队参加南星计划，西约特兰牺牲。
