塔尔曼莱兹敦尼亚（Tarmanlyzdonia），简称“塔曼利斯登”（Tamanlisdon），法尔滨帝国西菲尔德自治领西海沿岸最大城市，圣塔教圣地，达尼塞一生中大部分时间都在此度过。
塔曼利斯登原属金冠花三元帝国，后在第一次金冠花战争中的塔曼利斯登攻城战中被法尔滨帝国占领并永久割让。
法尔滨帝国皇帝虽然声称将尊重这座城市的信仰，但是他们仍然在城内大力“推行”拉斐尔教。两千多年的信仰使得塔曼利斯登的居民拒绝信仰异教，仍然信仰着圣塔教。后来，法尔滨帝国自知理亏，以及大菲尔德邦联联盟成员的施压，他们也不再强迫塔曼利斯登人改信拉斐尔教，而塔曼利斯登也成为法尔滨帝国国内圣塔教的唯一的，坚固的堡垒。
